Privacy notice for coaches

Who we are

PBd (the company's legal name and address are to be added) runs PBd. For the details of coaches themselves (your name, email, business details and how you use PBd), we are the data controller. For your clients' information, you are the controller and we are your processor: see the data processing agreement. Contact us at hello@pbdcoach.com.

What we hold about you, and why

• Your name, email and login: to give you an account and sign you in (contract).
• Your business name, contact and legal details, logo and colours: to run your website and emails in your name (contract).
• How you use PBd, including AI use, and any errors you hit: to run, secure and improve the service, and to enforce usage limits (legitimate interest).
• Your payments account status from Stripe: to let you take payments (contract).
• Messages with us: to help you (legitimate interest).
• If you join our waitlist: your email, and your name and kind of coaching if you give them, so we can tell you when places open (consent). You can ask us to remove it at any time.

Who it is shared with

Only the sub-processors listed on the sub-processor page, to run the service, and where the law requires. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

While you have an account. After you leave we delete it within 30 days, apart from records the law requires us to keep, such as accounting records, and backups until they expire.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete, restrict or move your information, or object to how we use it. Contact us as above. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
